1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Luna Drift's website and purchasing Dream Strips or our subscription service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site or purchase our products. Luna Drift reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our site following the posting of revised terms means you accept those changes.

2. Product Descriptions and Pricing

Luna Drift offers premium mouth tape for sleep called Dream Strips in the following options:

  • Single Box: $19.99 (one-time purchase)
  • Individual Subscription: $14.99 per month (auto-renewing, cancel anytime)
  • Couples Subscription: $24.99 per month (auto-renewing, cancel anytime, includes two boxes per shipment)

All prices are in USD. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Luna Drift will apply any price changes to future subscription renewals, not to active subscription terms.

3. Subscription Terms

How Subscriptions Work: When you subscribe to Dream Strips, your payment method will be charged automatically each month on the anniversary of your subscription start date. Your subscription will continue until you cancel it.

Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty or commitment. To cancel, log into your account dashboard and select "Cancel Subscription," or contact us at support@lunadrift.co. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months.

Pause or Skip: You can pause or skip a single shipment from your account dashboard. Paused subscriptions will resume on the next billing cycle unless resumed sooner.

Renewal Charges: You authorize Luna Drift to charge your payment method on the renewal date. If renewal fails due to invalid payment information, we will attempt the charge again or contact you to update your payment method.

4. 30-Night Satisfaction Guarantee and Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of Dream Strips. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 nights of receiving your order, we offer a full refund.

To Request a Refund:

  • Email support@lunadrift.co with your order number and reason for the refund
  • You do not need to return the product
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of approval

Subscription Refunds: For subscription customers, if you receive a box and are unsatisfied, contact us for a refund. You may cancel your subscription at any time without further charges.

Exceptions: Refunds may not be available for orders more than 30 days old or for orders that show evidence of misuse or damage beyond normal use.

5. Health Disclaimer

Important: Dream Strips are not evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Luna Drift mouth tape is a consumer wellness product, not a medical device.

If you have sleep apnea, asthma, nasal congestion, or other respiratory conditions, please consult your healthcare provider before using mouth tape. Mouth tape is not appropriate for all individuals and should not be used without medical clearance if you have underlying health concerns.

Luna Drift is not responsible for any adverse effects or complications resulting from the use of Dream Strips. By purchasing and using our product, you assume all risks associated with its use.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luna Drift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to this agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid to Luna Drift in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our site for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Reproduce, distribute, or transmit content from our site without permission
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts the normal functioning of our website

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Luna Drift website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Luna Drift or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
